Many people diagnosed with type 2 diabetes would not even show up with the disease if they would just stop poisoning themselves with a lack of exercise and improper diet. Our modern day diet compounded with no exercise is a deadly combination.

Our modern diet is a multi billion dollar business. It is also the only way of supporting the huge populations we have on planet earth today. But there are tradeoffs concerning the healthiness of our modern day food stuffs.

By following the life style and diet below you will start repairing the damage you have already done to your body.

If you are suffering from over weight, pot belly, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, night sweats, frequent urination, frequent thirst, depression, acid reflex, or you just don't feel healthy anymore this diet will, most likely, cure most of these symptoms in a few days.

Being over weight or losing that pot belly depends on how fast you want to go. But you will become the thin person you were meant to be.

All of these symptoms are caused by carbohydrates and the chemicals used to process foods to improve taste and shelf life. I was afflicted with all these symptoms. After many doctor visits, and being told time after time they had no clue as to what the problem was, I began studying human anatomy and going over tons of research with which I put together this diet and way of life that cured me and many others of all the symptoms listed above.

This diet and life style goes against most of what is being taught. But if what is being taught was correct there would not be an epidemic of diabetes and metabolic dysfunctions world wide.

1: You must give up breakfast and all forms of sugar in the morning! That means no OJ.
Any kind of sugar drink or food, diet or other wise, will stop all fat burning. Think of breakfast as the unhealthy meal.

2: You should do some form of aerobic exercise in the morning before you go to work.

3: No snacks at least until lunch.

4: A few times a week try and give up lunch along with breakfast.

5: Eat natural whole cuts of meats and animal fats. Chicken, red meat, pork, unprocessed animal fat, fish, all contain essential nutrients, enzymes, and hormones needed for good health. But be careful, most hamburger has had processed fat added to it for shelf life. Processed fat will kill you.

6: Limit your daily carbohydrate intake to green vegetables, one or two small potatoes, and only, whole wheat bread. White bread kills.

7: When you eat potatoes, starchy foods or whole wheat bread, use real butter on them. Avoid refined processed foods.

8: Stay away from oils of any kind. Most lard has been processed with chemicals, so no lard. Butter is best for everything.

9: When you exercise don't do heavy weights. Don't build muscle if you want to lose fat for good. Why? Because the more muscle you have the more fat your mind and body are going to demand to secure food for those muscles.

10: Try to get 10 to 15 minutes of sun a day. Expose as much skin as possible for vitamin D. Don't use sun block. Avoid as much as possible the putting of chemicals on your body

11: Take calcium, B complex, vitamin C, and Salmon Oil supplements.
